Sigh.

-.-" Nowdays I keep sleeping late at night around 3-4am, and waking up at 2-3pm...>_<"

What should I do to normalize my time??

I tried going to bed as early as 11pm, but I just lay there and create stories in my head until 2.30am++ =,="

What should I do?? T_T

Waking up early is no use cause I'll sleep in the afternoon and it makes no difference -.-...SIGH.
